Here’s a bit of our story:


Starting Out: The Struggles

I was a broke employee for 10 years.

My bank account rarely had more than USD 150 in it.

I jumped from job to job, trying to find something that felt right.

I spent five years in a factory, just barely getting by.

Eventually, I started reading books and going to free seminars, and everything pointed me in the same direction: I needed to learn sales and marketing if I wanted to change my situation.

So, I moved to the city and took a sales job, even though it was terrifying for someone introverted like me.

But I knew I had to do something.

I started in marketing research. At first, it seemed like a good job, but I quickly realized something was off.

I was helping salespeople make money, but my own paycheck stayed the same.

That’s when I decided to take a big risk and jump into pharmaceutical sales—a field I had no experience in. It wasn’t easy.

Many of my colleagues took shortcuts to close deals, but I wasn’t comfortable with that. Instead, I focused on building relationships and trust with doctors.

Over time, I started winning awards, but deep down, I still felt unfulfilled.


Working as 9-5:

Move into sales and marketing wasn’t smooth. I struggled with confidence, but I had no choice.

I couldn’t quit, even when I wanted to. I’ll never forget the day I was stuck in traffic on my way to work.

I broke down crying in my car, questioning why life was so hard, even though I was working so hard.

That moment was my wake-up call.

I realized working for someone else wasn’t going to get me where I wanted to be.

I had to start something of my own.

In pharma sales, I spent 10 years grinding.

The pressure was real, and it wasn’t just about numbers. Many people were using underhanded tactics to get ahead, but I stuck to my principles.

I focused on educating doctors, sharing valuable information, and building real connections.

That’s how I ended up winning awards and becoming a top performer.

But even though I was “successful,” I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wanted more. I wanted growth, not just in my career but in my life.

Getting into Entrepreneurship:

I decided to go all-in on starting my own business. I maxed out my credit card to pay for courses while still working my day job.

For months, it felt like nothing was happening. I stayed up late, skipped meals, and even slept in my car to save time.

One night, I nearly died from CO poisoning while sleeping in my car with the air conditioning on. But I kept pushing.

After six months of struggle, things finally started to click. My part-time business started making more money than my full-time job, and I quit my job for good.

I eventually decided to take a leap into digital marketing and real estate.

It wasn’t easy at first. I noticed that a lot of companies were focused too much on hard selling without proper systems in place.

So, I started helping them set up better marketing systems to nurture leads and close sales.

Some clients didn’t get it at first, but over time, those who did saw results, and that helped me grow my business.


Bouncing Back from Rock Bottom:

There were many nights I wanted to quit, but I kept pushing. In the seventh month, I landed my first big client, and things took off.

During that time, my “best friends” mocked me for starting a business. They even created a WhatsApp group to make fun of me and talked behind my back.

It hurt for months, but I eventually cut ties and went after my dream alone.

3 years later, I spoke on stage in front of 500+ business owners.

I hit rock bottom when I was scammed by a Macau syndicate.

I lost all my savings, including the down payment for my house. It was devastating.

But I wasn’t ready to give up. I took a huge risk—I swiped my credit card to pay for a trading course, determined to make my money back.

It wasn’t easy, but through hard work, I eventually made back all the money I lost.


Co-founding QuantumEdge:

Eventually, our paths crossed, and we realized we shared the same mission: helping others break free from the struggles we faced.

After working together many times over the past two years—mostly with Tech and SaaS clients...

We co-founded QuantumEdge.
